Coal Feeder/Stocker

• Burning low-quality coal (small coal particles, coal grains or coal dust) is a challenging process for solid fuel boilers.

• Mechanical dust coal burning stocker provides continuous coal flow to the solid fuel boilers, either semi-cylindrical or cylindrical if the stocker is installed in front of the boiler.

• The stocker improves the efficiency in the coal burning process in regardless of coal type, either lignite or dust coal.

• The stocker is environment-friendly since it disables the smoke and burning faults or inefficiency since it supports the boilers to burn the coal completely .

• The stocker is operational in tough conditions with high efficiency without any problem since it is mechanical with a screw type conveyor.

• Wood dust, biomass, wood chips, cotton pulp and nut shells could be also burned.

• Stockers could improve the coal consumption rating 30% of the consumption rating in manual loading.

• Burning low-quality coal with stocker is possible with existing solid fuel boilers without a problem which is 70% more economical against liquid fired boilers in terms of cost of operations

• Stockers could improve the air flow to the burning chamber that also improve the burning efficiency and cost of operations.
